Listen, people I am dealing with wayyyyyy too many Groupon Customers with attitudes about availability. I have updated our blog about availability as well as our scheduling application
online. You have to understand that there is no need for an attitude being that when you purchase a Groupon you should expect or assume that you MAY NOT get the cleaning tomorrow or even within
the week because of the influx of sales as well accommodating our regular customers. There is no hard feelings, but I ask again for your patience and for
you to take a deep breath and relax. We will get to ALL Groupons and we are doing our best but if there is nothing available, that's what it is.
If you feel as if you can not wait for your appointment or you are having scheduling conflicts after talking with me or any member of our staff please feel free to return your Groupon for a
refund. We don't want to be the one that makes your Groupon experience unpleasant. We make sure that we maintain our 5 star rating with all of our customers and will not jeopardize that for a
speedy service. You want quality as well as efficiency and that IS what we represent.

I don't know what kind of a scam you are running, but it's not funny at all. I just looked and tried to schedule an appointment for my 4 man hour Groupon (that I already purchased and the money is gone from my credit card) and there are 0 appointments all the way through 2014. I'm going to write Groupon and ask that they kick you out of their program for good.

I will go online and try to book an appointment myself to see what the problem is and give the company who supplies my scheduling application a call. I apologize for the inconvenience but we just had an appointment booked yesterday by another Groupon customer. If you see a problem like that that seems unreal your first option is to call us up not bash us for a problem that we may not be aware of. You can always give me a call at 954.798.5247 so we can schedule an appointment for you. If you chose to contact Groupon that is your choice but I would recommend you try contacting and working with the company.
I'm pretty sure that the problem is just a software malfunction

I have just tried to make an appointment on the application and I was able to book an appointment.
